Returns
If you need to return something please contact us first on returns@singletrackbikes.co.uk so we can instruct you on how to return you goods. In the case of a warranty return it is our obligation to help you therefore manufacturers warranties apply to everything that we sell unless otherwise stated. Any goods returned for reasons other than warranty claims must be sent back within 7 days of receipt and still be in the same condition that it arrived with you.
Please inspect your purchase before first use or removing tags, etc. We will of course correct any mistake that we make in our online descriptions or images and accept your return as sold incorrectly. Our mistake, our responsibility!
