A little of the old and a little of the new, our classic Croix de Fer means you can have it both ways.

Our Croix de Fer 725 delivers a refined ride quality and for a modest weight penalty, keeps the pricing keen.

Reynolds mandrel butt and heat-treat this alloy so that thinner walls can be used compared to non-heat-treated steels.

Updated to modern standards, you can now officially run our original adventure bike with up to 42mm tyres on 700c rims, or 47mm tyres on a 650B wheelset.

Importantly, we've kept standard QR dropouts so your 9mm wheelsets can keep turning for another few years.

A trio of bottle cage mounts and threaded bottom bracket combine to make this Croix de Fer the quintessential adventure bike.

When will my order arrive? (excluding Bikes)

Orders are taking longer to process and deliver due to the challenges we face with the Covid-19 pandemic. Items that are showing as 'In stock supplier' should take around 5 to 10 working days to arrive. Please only place your order if you are not in a particular rush. If you choose DPD we will prioritise your order and will try our best to get your order delivered to you within 5 working days, although this is completely determined by the speed of the supplier and outwith our control. It is not unusual for a few orders to go over the 5 working days. Orders for Hope items are taking the longest at the moment with a turnaround time of 2-3 week unless stated as 'In stock for Immediate Dispatch' in which case it would be dispatched very quickly. Our phone lines are temporarily closed to allow us to work more efficiently and get your orders out the door. We are aiming to respond to emails the same day or in the evenings. If you need an order quicker than this please email us with the product ID to find out if this is possible to avoid disappointment. Items that state 'Remote warehouse' can take a little longer than the above estimates. International orders to Europe and the rest of the World take around an extra 3 working days. We will email you as soon as the order is dispatched.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE to the United Kingdom on most items over £40. Just add the item to the basket to confirm the postage price for your order, and you can always remove it again.

What about bikes?

We aim to dispatch all bikes within 5 working days, but during busy periods we may have a few builds in the queue and could take a bit longer. If this is a concern or you need the bike before a certain date then please email us to make sure we can achieve this and avoid any disappointment. We will email you the day of dispatch and you can expect the bike the following day. If you provide a mobile number on your order the courier will also send you a text message 1 hour before delivery so you know exactly what time to expect it.

Who do you use to send orders?

We use Royal Mail for most of your orders unless they are bulky or valuable, in which case we will send the order using DPD. You can also specify DPD at checkout if you prefer to have your item delivered with an hours notice in the form of email or text from the courier.
