The ENVE G23 700c disc-specific wheelset is designed to offer serious gravel riders a performance upgrade to improve the off-road drop bar ride experience with low weight and enhanced puncture protection.

With the G23 ENVE has created a wheel with the ride quality to make long miles enjoyable and multi-day treks possible while ramping up the fun speed and ride experience.

The G23 gets its name from its 23mm internal rim width and is optimised for 35 to 45mm tyres with a 40mm tyre hitting the sweet spot maximum versatility speed and efficiency. It's ideal for riders seeking challenge of drop-bar riding over more technical terrain that is typically frequented by mountain bikes will benefit from the additional air volume durability and anti-flat performance.

With a weight of just 330g the G23 is ENVE's lightest 700c carbon clincher rim meaning it accelerates quickly and ascends with ease. However it's not designed to be treated delicately - ENVE's G Series wheels have been tested to MTB standards tailored to the demands of gravel riding.

The rim has been designed with a bell-shaped profile for more vertical compliance and energy absorption. The result is a more comfortable and confidence-inspiring ride feel with added impact toughness that ultimately makes for faster riding. The G23 is tough and relentless on road path or trail whether you're riding hard or going for a week-long adventure.

While the G23 has been designed from the ground-up as a dedicated gravel wheelset it shares the Wide Hookless Bead technology seen across ENVE's M Series MTB wheels. This wide 4.5mm rim bead shape reduces the likelihood of pinch-flatting your tubeless tyre or cracking the rim by working in parallel with the rim's shape and carbon laminate to dissipate impact energy.

The G23 is intended for tubeless applications and features a moulded bead-lock to ensure that your tyres will remain secure and sealed to the rim over even the roughest terrain.

PLEASE NOTE

The G23 is a tubeless-only disc-brake specific wheel and cannot be used with rim brakes or regular inner tubes.

All Saddleback-supplied wheelsets are built with black Chris King R45 Centerlock Disc hubs with steel bearings and Sapim CX-Ray spokes unless stated otherwise.

When will my order arrive? (excluding Bikes)

Just above the 'Add to basket' button you will see the item availability. We have 3 different availability stock flags on our website which will determine how long an order will take to arrive.

In Stock in Kircaldy Shop
This means that we physically have the item in the shop. If you choose one of our Priority Delivery options then you can expect your order within 1 to 3 working days. If you choose a Non Priority Delivery service you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days.

In Stock at Supplier
Our stock system is linked in with our suppliers stock system which allows us to offer a wider product range, but does increase the delivery times a little. If you choose one of our Priority Delivery options you can expect the order within 3 to 5 working days. If you choose Non Priority Delivery you can expect the order within 5 to 10 working days, although this is completely determined by the speed of the item coming from our supplier.

Out of Stock
This means that both ourselves and our suppliers are out of stock of the item. Although the website won't allow you to order something with this stock flag you are more than welcome to contact us with the Product ID. We may be able to back order it for you, or at least see if we can provide an estimated restocking date.

If you need an order quicker than this please email us with the product ID to find out if this is possible to avoid disappointment.

What about bikes?

We aim to dispatch all bikes within 5 working days, but during busy periods we may have a few builds in the queue and could take a bit longer. If this is a concern or you need the bike before a certain date then please email us to make sure we can achieve this and avoid any disappointment. We will email you the day of dispatch and you can expect the bike the following day. If you provide a mobile number on your order the courier will also send you a text message 1 hour before delivery so you know exactly what time to expect it.

Who do you use to send orders?

We use Royal Mail for most of your orders unless they are bulky or valuable, in which case we will send the order using DPD. You can also specify DPD at checkout if you prefer to have your item delivered with an hours notice in the form of email or text from the courier.
