HOW IT WORKS
Not all tyre inserts are created the same.
CushCore is no ordinary tyre insert and is based on a new concept tyre suspension. Any suspension system has a spring and a damper and with CushCore pressurised air in the tyre is the spring and the CushCore tyre insert is the damper.
Like traditional suspension a constant damping force wouldn't work. It has to be dynamic. Suspension should be supple on small bumps but firm on the big hits.
CushCore responds differently depending on the tyre load and scenario. The more the tyre flexes the more damping it provides.
Go Bigger - CushCore improves suspension performance by 16% and reduces impact force from big hits by 50%. Send it with total confidence.
Corner Harder - 35% more sidewall stability eliminates tyre squirm and burping even at low tyre pressure. Rail corners with total confidence.
Ride Faster - CushCore provides a 12% smoother ride and 3% reduced rolling resistance. Ride with more control more momentum and less fatigue. It's like taking fewer punches in a fight.

TOTAL CONFIDENCE
- CushCore transforms your tubeless tyre into a suspension system with a tune-able air spring and foam damper.
- A proprietary closed-cell polyolefin foam controls compression and rebound forces. Its lightweight ultra durable and impervious to sealant.
- CushCore's patented profile applies constant pressure on the tyre sidewalls. This provides protection and stability even at low tyre pressures.
- CushCore is designed to fit tight on the rim. This radial tension locks the bead to the rim while maintaining a supple tread patch.

Just above the 'Add to basket' button you will see the item availability. We have 3 different availability stock flags on our website which will determine how long an order will take to arrive.
In Stock in Kircaldy Shop
This means that we physically have the item in the shop. If you choose one of our Priority Delivery options then you can expect your order within 1 to 3 working days. If you choose a Non Priority Delivery service you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days.
In Stock at Supplier
Our stock system is linked in with our suppliers stock system which allows us to offer a wider product range, but does increase the delivery times a little. If you choose one of our Priority Delivery options you can expect the order within 3 to 5 working days. If you choose Non Priority Delivery you can expect the order within 5 to 10 working days, although this is completely determined by the speed of the item coming from our supplier.
Out of Stock
This means that both ourselves and our suppliers are out of stock of the item. Although the website won't allow you to order something with this stock flag you are more than welcome to contact us with the Product ID. We may be able to back order it for you, or at least see if we can provide an estimated restocking date.
If you need an order quicker than this please email us with the product ID to find out if this is possible to avoid disappointment.
What about bikes?
We aim to dispatch all bikes within 5 working days, but during busy periods we may have a few builds in the queue and could take a bit longer. If this is a concern or you need the bike before a certain date then please email us to make sure we can achieve this and avoid any disappointment. We will email you the day of dispatch and you can expect the bike the following day. If you provide a mobile number on your order the courier will also send you a text message 1 hour before delivery so you know exactly what time to expect it.
Who do you use to send orders?
We use Royal Mail for most of your orders unless they are bulky or valuable, in which case we will send the order using DPD. You can also specify DPD at checkout if you prefer to have your item delivered with an hours notice in the form of email or text from the courier.
